Peugeot hat seine Führungsposition als Hersteller von besonders umweltfreundlichen Fahrzeugen mit niedrigen CO2- Emissionen weiter ausgebaut. Durch Feinschliff am Motormanagement und der Aerodynamik konnte der CO2-Ausstoß mehrerer Modelle reduziert werden. So bietet beispielsweise der Peugeot 107 mit nur 108 g/km den niedrigsten CO2-Ausstoß in der gesamten Modellpalette. Gran Turismo wird besonders sparsam

Stuttgart. Die Dr. Ing. h. c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, wird den neuen Panamera auch mit Hybrid-Antrieb auf den Markt bringen. Der Gran Turismo-Viertürer mit der Porsche-typischen sportlichen Fahrdynamik wird auf jene bewährten Komponenten vertrauen, die im Cayenne Hybrid zum Ende des Jahrzehnts auf den Markt kommen werden. Dank eines neu entwickelten Full-Parallel-Hybrid wird der sportliche Geländewagen dann weniger als neun Liter pro 100 Kilometer verbrauchen. Der neue Porsche Panamera wird der erste sportliche Viertürer, der mit dem besonders sparsamen Full-Parallel-Hybrid angeboten wird. Außerdem kann der Panamera bereits von den Erfahrungen des Hybrid-Pioniers Porsche Cayenne profitieren.

Das neu entwickelte Full-Parallel-Hybrid-System besteht im wesentlichen aus der im Kofferraum-Bereich platzierten Batterie-Einheit, einer Leistungselektronik und dem so genannten Hybrid-Modul zwischen Motor und Getriebe, in dem eine zusätzliche Kupplung und die Elektro-Maschine zusammengefasst sind. Je nach Fahrzustand kann das Hybrid-Modul entweder den Verbrennungs- oder den Elektro-Motor abkuppeln oder beide Antriebsysteme kombiniert betreiben. Damit kann der Panamera vom emissionsfreien, rein elektrischen Betrieb bis hin zur Porsche-typischen sportlichen Fahrweise genutzt werden.

Doch die vierte Baureihe des Zuffenhausener Sportwagen-Herstellers zeichnet weitere markante Eigenschaften aus. So verfügt die breite und flache Karosserie über Proportionen und Muskeln, die ein ebenso dynamisches wie kompaktes Gesamtbild ergeben.
